1. About TinyPlay
These Terms of Use govern your use of TinyPlay, including the TinyPlay tvOS application and related websites and services. TinyPlay is a media playback application that lets you connect to media sources you choose, including compatible media servers, network files, and IPTV sources.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TinyPlay, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use TinyPlay. If you use TinyPlay on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
3. Your media sources and accounts
You are responsible for the media sources, accounts, credentials, URLs, playlists, and other services that you connect to TinyPlay. You must have the right to access and play the content you provide through those sources.
TinyPlay does not grant you access to third-party media services and does not provide the content available through them. Your use of a third-party service is also subject to that service's own terms and policies.
4. Acceptable use
You may use TinyPlay only in compliance with applicable law and the rights of others. You may not use TinyPlay to:
- access or distribute content without the required rights or permissions;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to TinyPlay or another service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or modify TinyPlay except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- use TinyPlay in a way that could harm people, property, or the operation of a media source.
5. Software and intellectual property
TinyPlay and its original software, design, text, trademarks, and other materials are owned by TinyPlay or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TinyPlay for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.
TinyPlay may include or interact with third-party software and open-source components. Those components may be governed by their own license terms, which continue to apply.
6. Availability and changes
TinyPlay may change, suspend, or discontinue features, sources, or versions at any time. We do not guarantee that TinyPlay will be available without interruption or that it will support every media format, device, server, network, or third-party service.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyPlay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and compatibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyPlay and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, revenue, or access arising from or related to your use of TinyPlay.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using TinyPlay at any time. We may suspend or end access to TinyPlay if you materially breach these Terms of Use or if continued operation would create a legal, security, or technical risk.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of TinyPlay after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
